#18 open xml with duplicate resource initials gives an error

Create a project in msp2002 or 2003
add two resources with the same initial
add the resources to a task
save the project as xml
try to open the project in OWB
result: Unable to open project c:\data\XXXX.xml. An
exception occured'

The Initials field in MS Project is converted to the Resource
ID field in Workbench. Workbench requires that the
Resource ID be a unique value. Use the Resource Sheet
view in MS Project to assign unique IDs toeach resource.
