Today I gave Open Workbench 1.1.6 a first try and tried to import a little sample project I created with MS Project 2003 and exported to XML format.
I received error message "Invalid assignment the resource is already assigned in this task".
Unfortunately the error message does not provide any further details.
When closing Open Workbench it crashes.
