#13 Page settings does'nt work (french version)

Hi,

Opening owb, even as the first action choosing
Fichier/Mise en page... produce following popups :

1) An unsupported operation was attemped

2) Exception inconnue : Erreur survenue durant
l'exécution de la commande

I'm not abble to print correctly for the moment.

Remark : This problem is not present on the 1.0*
