#123 Tip of the day window blocks clarity project from autoloadin
The 1st time you open a project from clarity that starts open workbench the clarity scheduler will be blocked by the open workbench "tip of the day" window.
This window should either not block the scheduler or it should autotime out after 3 seconds.
