#119 Program crash when cancelling the opening of a subproject

When I try to open a project that is a subproject of an already open project, OWB comes up with a message saying that the file is locked and gives options to override, to open as read-only and to cancel.
If I select cancel, OWB crashes and Windows asks you to send Debug info to Microsoft. I did not experience any other side effects other than locked files when re-starting OWB which is expected and you can override, but this is my first day with the program, so I am not sure if anything is corrupted.
