#11 XML optiotn not available on German or French install

Install owb with German regional setting and German
install option.
Start owb
Open Save As window
Click the File Type drop down
Expect: XML File .XML
Actual: ()

[Nobody/Anonymous]

Logged In: NO

The XML output works now for me in 1.1 GA French.

This bug can probably be closed.
