#105 Problem with start up of Open Workbench

In our company we are using Clarity with Open Workbench. it works only like this:
1-st to open the "Open Workbench" and after possible to use the link with Clarity, but "Open Workbench" does not opening itself. As i know this is common problem. please advise what to do?
