#104 Help in French(F1)

I am using Open workbench in french. When trying to get help (by F1 or the menu ?) I get an error message (file missing)This is because Open workbench searches for a file help.fr... which does not exist yet (only help.en..is available).
Until help.en has been translated in french, could F1 or the menu ? call the english help file instead of the french non existing one?
