#101 Save doesn't work, sometimes (1.1.4)

After intensive use of Open Workbench (really intensive use) it seems as if the program will no longer save icon.

It may be that the program saves the project in the old default folder, but I don't think so.

A collegue of mine would save with the disk icon in the menu, and it just didn't seem to save. The file save time on the network drive where she worked relfected a time hours before her last tap on the save icon.

Apparently, it is not only the save icon that is a problem, it may also be the menu item save.

For this and other reasons, we have migrated to the XML format, but with other problems. The XML format launches a "save as" type mecanism each time.
