Hi,

I updated owattach with some code that allows for attachments/uploads without any COM component.  Please see the "Patches" area for more info.

Some questions:

1. Is it ok to have put that there?  Would it be better to put it on the OpenWiki site itself?  I did put some information on Openwiki.com about the changes.

2. Any comments, suggestions, or questions about the code? Post here and I'll see what I can do.
