Make numbers be considered coefficients of x^0 in singlePowers mode,
not just LimitedPolynomial-Strict context. For LimitedPolynomials
with singlePowers set to 1, you can still do addition in the
constant term by using parentheses, e.g. 4x^2 + (3+4).
