Hi,

You could create a standard dummy course (WeBWorK Instructors) and 
add the new instructors there.  Of course this would mean a few extra 
steps (logging into the WeBWorK Instructors course) which you are 
trying to avoid but it might be cleaner than messing with the Admin course.
