All, I'm not sure if I've ever posted to this list. Anyway, I can't speak to how hard it would be to implement, but a web-based interface for setting options would be a nice addition. As John points out, it would make the system much more usable for a wider audience. If we start with course.conf (as Mike suggests), then this should make things easier on those of us administering the system for lots of less-than-technically-adept instructors.
