[WWdevel] how should we report typos/errors in the new ProblemLibrary?

There is a typo in

/ProblemLibrary/ma117DB/set1/srw1_1_57.pg

There is an extra left brace in the first expression.  dvipng glides  
right over it, but jsMath
and TeX output catch it.
