How about posting it on the news bulletin at http:// 
webhost.math.rochester.edu/WeBWorKdocs/
(click on the "news" button at  the top of your screen.  You have  
news posting privileges on webhost --
others can send me a bulletin and I'll post it. (I can do this for  
you as well if you like.) Those who
have hooked up to the RSS feed on the webwork homepage will get an  
RSS brief about the news item.
