[WWdevel] Library browser -- version 2

Hi John,

What is the status of the library and the library browser?  Is it  
ready for the rest of the developers
to start using the version 2 of the library browser and to update the  
library? or do you have
an estimate as to when would be a good time for the rest of us to do  
this?
