We actually specifically decided against it, since we didn't want the instructor's answers mixed in with the student's answers. I suppose we can revisit the decision, but there are good reasons not to record instructor answers, so if we are going to think about again it we should do it thoroughly. It's easy enough to log in as a practice student to see how things REALLY work. I agree that the error message is misleading and needs some kind of explanation. We can also add some information that reminds instructors that their answers are not recorded. I often forget that fact myself.
