I think this will cause problems.  .../coursename/templates/Library is 
reserved for the database Library.  If it is not there and the library 
database is turned on, then webwork makes the needed symlink 
automatically.  If the directory already exists and doesn't contain the 
right stuff, then webwork will fail to find any of the database library 
problems.
