Here's a draft of the requirements for a generic email blaster.
Please let me know what is in your product but not in the generic
requirements.  This delta could be either:

1) something which is missing from one of the essential requirements.
   eg. something that all email blasters should do.

2) Something non-essential (a bell or whistle)
