Probably not; but I suspect Finder is just misidentifying it.
openvrml-player.ui is just an XML file. It's the Gtk UI specification
for openvrml-player; openvrml-player reads this data file in on startup.
If you have a compiled openvrml-player, you shouldn't be messing with
this file. If you're trying to modify openvrml-player sources, you can
edit in in a text editor--or maybe Glade.
