While I appreciate the offer, I don't think including a C# binding in
the OpenVRML distribution is particularly pragmatic. I lack the
knowledge and resources to maintain such a thing; and focusing on
providing the C++ libraries means that n bindings don't have to be
updated before I can make a release.
This, of course, should not hinder you from releasing your binding as
its own free software package, should you pursue this.
