Can anyone tell me where I should be looking for 3d math and matrix utilities?

	for example, is there a method for converting  Heading Pitch Roll angles to SFRotation?

	NPS had a java class to do this... 
just wondering if we had a C++ class that could also do conversions (not just quaternion slerping)
