[openvrml-develop] OpenVRML in Fedora Extras

OpenVRML is now available in Fedora Extras, the more-or-less official repository
of add-on packages for Fedora Core.

As such, I intend to stop maintaining the RPM spec file as part of the OpenVRML
distribution and to stop distributing RPMs for future releases via SourceForge.
(Because those who want RPMs for Fedora will be able to get them from Fedora
Extras; and those who want to modify the spec file for use with other RPM-based
distributions can get it from Fedora Extras CVS.)
