Sigh.

It's a silly mistake, I think; an autoconf macro didn't behave the way I
expected it to. It's too bad you weren't able to test the patches I
provided or the OpenVRML-0_16 branch in CVS before the 0.16.1 release.

I'm not in a rush to make a 0.16.2 release right now; though it might
happen in a few weeks. Let me know if you're interested in a patch to
lib/gtkglext/configure.in.
