[openvrml-develop] OpenVRML-0_16-BRANCH status

There have been some significant changes on the OpenVRML-0_16-BRANCH in
the last few days. These changes are mostly organizational.
Specifically, the openvrml-player backend used by the Mozilla plug-in in
the 0.16.0 release has been renamed to openvrml-gtkplug and moved to
src/openvrml-gtkplug in the package. This program is not dependent on
NPAPI in any way; and in fact it is suitable for general use by GTK+
applications. In the future I would like to write another front end for
it such that OpenVRML provides a stand-alone player in addition to the
Mozilla plug-in; but for now, the plug-in is the only front end
available.

I'll probably release 0.16.1 in the next week or so.
