[openvrml-develop] [patch] bringing gtklookat to a better state

   Attached patch adds support for GTK-2.0 and openvrml5 (0.15.10 API)
to gtklookat. It's not extremely elegant and disables a few things, but
at least the program builds and runs, so I thought it might be useful.
