Patch for building OpenVRML player with Boost 1.50.0 or later

Hi,

here <https://trac.macports.org/browser/trunk/dports/graphics/openvrml/files/patch-player.cpp.diff> is a patch that we use in MacPorts for building the OpenVRML player with Boost 1.50.0 or later, see <http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_51_0/libs/scope_exit/doc/html/scope_exit/tutorial.html#scope_exit.tutorial.capturing_no_variable>. I hope it will be included in the next version of OpenVRML.
