[openvrml-develop] request for the placement of openvrml header file into the win32 bin zip

Dear developers

I just downloaded only the openvrm win32 binary, I found it highly
surprising that this zip file contains the dll and the lib however it does
not contain the .h header files needed to actually use the lib.

I just thought I would note that.

Also it would be great to put some separate documentation in the
sourcforge tree. some somebody could just treat use the openvrml functions
without needing to go into the source to find out what the functions do.
