[openvrml-develop] Rearchitecture branch status

All the previously unimplemented methods have been implemented, and the
rearchitecture branch is compiling (and linking) just fine on Linux
using gcc 3.0.4. YMMV with other platforms/compilers.

It does not run yet. Well, not correctly, at least. Hopefully the
remaining issues will be sorted out soon.

For anyone just tuning in, the rearchitecture branch tag is
"OpenVRML-REARCH_BRANCH".
