I spent time on win32Lookat development long back. Now I spend time only
to see that it is compatible with current release of OpenVRML lib. not on
further development on it. Now a days I am mainly busy with WIN32 
compatible issues related to  OpenVRML lib and further development of its
graphics aspects.
