[openvrml-develop] New documentation: patch instructions & coding standards

I've posted a couple of new documents to our SourceForge documentation
pages. The first is a long overdue introduction to patch generation:

The second is a first iteration of a coding standards document. This is
intended primarily as a starting point for discussion on the matter.
