[openvrml-develop] MF* type elements

I forgot to put it on the roadmap, but sometime before 0.13 (not sure if
this'll make it into 0.12 or not), I plan to give copy-on-write
semantics to the VrmlMF* types. I will probably take this opportunity to
change the VrmlMF* implementations as well so that they are literally
arrays of the corresponding VrmlSF* type. I wanted to do a sanity check
here, though: if anyone thinks this is a Bad Idea, tell me why.
