The header file is typically included in a "mozilla-devel" package if
you use RPMs. mozilla.org, unfortunately, has done a less-than-exemplary
job of establishing standard installation locations for things like
header files, and OpenVRML's configure script is biased toward the
decisions Red Hat has made for its RPM packages. Patches to support
other schemes are welcome, as long as they don't break what's currently
working.
