The easiest way is just to install Mozilla.

"libjs" is the name of the library created by the "reference build" for
SpiderMonkey. The Mozilla build, however, creates "libmozjs". There's no
technical reason that we couldn't build against "libjs", other than the
fact that OpenVRML's build scripts aren't currently set up to
accommodate this.
