I get a very similar problem to this at runtime with one of the conformance
tests (can't remember which one, but will find out). Have these functions
been deprecated somewhere along the way in Mesa? I can at least get lookat
to compile on my system but I do get runtime issues similar to this.
(suspect I have some old Mesa header files/libs somewhere on my system.)
