[Openvrml-develop] CVS source reorganization

I will soon be doing some reorganization of the CVS source in conjunction
with wrapping up the name change from LibVRML97 to OpenVRML. These changes
will break updates on existing working directories, and checkouts are
likely to be flakey during the course of the transition. Details are here:

*If you have a patch for which you think a good case could be made for
delaying the reorg, or some other reason you think these changes should be
postponed, please contact me ASAP.* I intend to start working on this
Thursday night (unless I get a convincing argument not to).
