[Openvrml-develop] ANN: OpenVRML 0.9.0

At long last, OpenVRML (formerly LibVRML97) version 0.9.0 has been
released. The library remains in a transitional phase and there remain
some significant regressions that have yet to be addressed. However, many
significant changes have occured since the 0.8.x series:

 - Name change: the library is now called OpenVRML.

 - Library is now covered by the GNU Lesser General Public License
   (LGPL).

 - New parser, removing the dependency on SGI parser code.

 - View frustum culling and navigation fixes.

 - Can now compile under CygWin.
