[openvrml-develop] Visual C++ 2010 project files

For anyone interested...

I've added Visual C++ 2010 project files to the trunk and the 0.18
branch.  The project files for the previous version are no more.

The project files are no longer buried in the ide-projects subdirectory;
OpenVRML.sln is in the package root directory and the various project
files live in the same directories as their associated source files.

If you have an interest in this working in the next OpenVRML release,
please test it.
