[Openvpn-users] Error -> No Route to Host (WSAEHOSTUNREACH) (code=10065)

This is de log, of my vpn, the tunel or vpn conect, but I have this error,
and aI can´t make ping, between the machines.
The configuration is de same of the dcumentation fon windows <------->
windows (I Have WinXP <----> WinXP)
I try whit all, and the only way that de vpn connect, is change the remote
IP for the network IP (192.x.x.x) , in the documentation say tha I should
use de Tad driver IP, but this dont wrk and i Have this error:
