Another beta is available to test.  This one adds support and documentation for on-demand xinetd instantiation of the openvpn daemon.

Changes since last beta:

* Added FreeBSD 4.1.1+ TUN/TAP driver notes to
  INSTALL (Matthias Andree).
* Added inetd/xinetd support (--inetd) including
  documentation in the HOWTO.
