[Openvpn-users] cannot locate HMAC in incoming packet

Hi.
Just want to make sure that I am getting these log entries right...
These are not my IPs, I guess it is just a result of unsuccessfully 
connecting to my public available OpenVPN server which can be ignored. 
Am I guessing correctly?

If so, does anybody know this IP-Range? I am thinking of blacklisting 
them in my firewall. I do not expect these IPs to be connected to 
OpenVPN. What do you think?
