#8 openvpn-gui doesn't read current service status

openvpn-gui doesn't read current service status: when Openvpn is started as service AFTER the Gui, the last shows status of service at start time, so that service is started and connected to the network, but GUI shows OpenVPN as not connected. Trying to "Connect" give the error saying that "OpenVPNService is already started". We fix it by exit GUI and starting it again - but that's not the way it suppose to be.

Additionally, starting and stopping service manually from mmc is not reflected in GUI
