A XML API will be integrated to control OpenVoucher by third party software and other extensions and plugins.

All functions (including issuing and monitoring vouchers) shall be available using this API.

Functions might be included step by step.

In the first release, it should be at least possible to issue vouchers and get a list of all issued vouchers.

    API is in development and a VERY early version is included in V 0.4.0.

    Changing Milestone to 0.5.0, in this version the major functions shall be available.
