You need help.

How do you get help? By asking questions! But not just any questions. You need to ask the right and proper questions.

In a right and proper question:

- You indicate whether it is a development or finished-product issue.

- You indicate what platform the issue affects (i.e.: PHP, SQL, Internet Explorer or Firefox).

- You indicate what the issue actually is.

- You provide the code, procedures, or circumstances that led up to the issue.

If you don't provide at least that much, then any help you get will be a pretty wide shot in the dark. Good luck. You'll need it.
