[openvl-devel] RPMs update

New RPMs have been uploaded for gcc3.2. These have -2sar in their name. These 
have been compiled on Mandrake 9.0 and are tested on both Mandrake 9.0 and 
Mandrake 9.1. The earlier RPMs were compiled on Mandrake 9.1 and did not 
install on Mandrake 9.0.

The new RPMs should also work on gcc3.2 based RedHat releases and other Linux 
distributions. Send your experiences.
