Hello Shawn, I have Windows XP installed and I didn't ever encounter the error you have reported. I am therefore not able to debug it. In case you'd like to help to discover it, please try the attached file conv2.py. You should copy it to the OpenVIP directory overwriting the old file. Please report whether it helped.
