[Openvip-users] concatenation error: Different FPS

Hi.  I'm using Open VIP 1.01 and keep getting the above mentioned error, 
  concatenation error: Different FPS whenever i do basically anything.   
Can somebody tell me what's causing this & how to get rid of it?!
