So I have an interest in the updated ISO 15118-2 from 2016 (aka Iso2) and have been unable to locate the xsd files. If someone could point me in the right direction, that would be great.

The iso2 was an intermediary step to iso dash 20 ( aka "-20"). Hence they have never been part of of an official specification an were completely replaced by -20.

The XDS files are usually part of the ISO specification. The ones for version: 15118-20-ed-1 can be found here:
