[Openut-website] Updates - at last!

Before I head off on business until the weekend, I thought
I'd point people at http://openut.sourceforge.net

We've had a bit of a change ;-)

At the moment a lot of the information is the same, and not
quite as up-to-date as it should be. The main pieces of news
are a few new links and two updated / new HOWTOs from
Jeffrey Ingber - I'm sure everyone will join me in thanking
him for producing them.

Over the weekend I hope to finish updating everything to the
new format and then get the updated FAQ published.

Please send any comments to me, either directly or via the
list(s).
