#58 Audio volume Preferences ignored at startup.

Audio volume preferences are ignored at startup.
To reproduce this bug:
Set the volume of the music to zero then exit the game.
Start the game again.
The music is played back at full volume.
If the audio preferences dialog is opened, the correct settings are displayed and the volume is changed to the correct level.
